How to use Crawler β–Ό

Crawler can collect contact info in two ways β€” pick whichever fits your task.

πŸ”— URL mode

Paste a single website address and click Parse. Crawler will open the site, follow internal links, and scan pages for phone numbers, email addresses, and pages that contain a contact/lead form. Results appear below as expandable lists you can copy or open directly.

πŸ“„ CSV file mode

Upload one or more CSV files containing a list of websites to crawl in bulk. You can drag & drop files onto the drop zone or click it to browse. Multiple files are processed strictly one at a time β€” while the first file is running, the rest wait in the queue and start automatically once their turn comes.

Expected CSV structure:

name url ← read from here phone ← we fill this in email ← we fill this in form_url ← we fill this in

While a file is queued or running, you can:

  • ⏸ Pause β€” stops processing after the current row; progress made so far is kept.
  • ▢️ Resume β€” continues right where it left off.
  • πŸ—‘ Remove from queue β€” cancels the file entirely (progress is discarded).

Once a file finishes, download its result CSV directly from the queue card. Every completed result is also kept in the Processing history section at the bottom of the page, where you can see when it was processed, download it again later, or delete it.
